All the Other Reasons

Saving money is a good thing, but it's far from the only reason to insulate with cellulose. We'll give you a quick rundown here:

Comfort - Our products are loose blown in attics and dense-packed in wall and ceiling cavities, where they resist air infiltration very well. The result is no drafts and lower energy usage. Cellulose also reduces noise far better than other insulations. Learn more.

Safety - Our Cel-Pak product is Class A fire rated, which means it resists fire and can slow its progress, allowing more time to escape and limiting fire damage. Other insulation products melt, which may allow a fire to spread more quickly, or produce toxic smoke, and smoke is especially hazardous to occupants in the event of a fire. Learn more.

Durability - Dense-packed cellulose doesn't settle, period, so once installed it's doing its job for the life of the building. And one of the jobs it does is moisture management. The hygroscopic (moisture absorbing) properties and the borates in our products help prevent moisture from indoor and outdoor sources from accumulating and causing damage.

It's Green - Cel-Pak is made with 83% recycled content. No other commonly used insulation even comes close. National Fiber is the only manufacturer of insulation in New England, so our materials and products travel fewer miles, reducing the impact on the environment. Learn more.

When it comes to your choice in insulation, there's really no contest. There's Cel-Pak and then there's everything else. Cel-Pak cellulose insulation - the advantages are undeniable.
